Role
Summary DXC Technology is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive strategic growth across the Singapore market. This is a senior individual contributor role responsible for originating, shaping, pursuing, and closing complex enterprise opportunities while building long-term client partnerships. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of selling IT services and solutions to enterprise clients, developing executive-level relationships, and consistently delivering revenue and booking targets. The role requires a commercially astute sales professional who can lead strategic pursuits, influence senior stakeholders, and position DXC's capabilities to solve critical business challenges and deliver measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute account and territory strategies to achieve revenue, bookings, and profitability targets across the Singapore market. Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within enterprise and public sector organizations. Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-suite executives, business leaders, and technology decision-makers. Understand client priorities, challenges, and transformation objectives, aligning DXC solutions to deliver business outcomes. Own the end-to-end sales lifecycle from origination and qualification through proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure. Lead complex sales pursuits, coordinating cross-functional teams including solution architects, delivery leaders, commercial teams, and subject matter experts. Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurate forecasts to ensure predictable business performance. Create and execute account growth plans focused on customer acquisition, expansion, and retention.
Position
DXC's portfolio across Managed Services, Applications, Cloud, Security, Digital Workplace, Data & AI, Infrastructure, and Consulting services. Monitor industry trends, competitive developments, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities. Drive executive engagement and strategic account planning to strengthen customer relationships and maximize account value. Ensure compliance with DXC sales governance, pricing, contracting, and approval processes. Key Deliverables & Accountabilities Achieve or exceed assigned annual revenue and bookings targets. Maintain strong pipeline coverage and opportunity progression. Develop and expand executive stakeholder relationships across assigned accounts. Drive successful closure of strategic and complex deals. Ensure accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM reporting. Collaborate effectively across sales, delivery, solutioning, commercial, and leadership teams. Maintain strong industry, market, and competitive awareness to support growth initiatives.
Required Experience
15+ years of experience in enterprise sales, account management, or business development. Proven success selling IT Services, Managed Services, IT Outsourcing, Digital Transformation, Cloud, Applications, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Workplace Services, or Consulting services . Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales and revenue targets. Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and contract negotiations. Strong experience selling large-scale services engagements and strategic transformation programs. Proven ability to acquire new logos while expanding existing enterprise accounts.
