Arrange, organise and maintain correspondence of client meeting schedules (Client travel) and reinsurer meeting schedules (Reinsurers travelling to ANZ). Arranging payment of invoices via Coupa – paying invoices and setting up new suppliers. Organise internal meeting room and catering bookings. General administrative support including assisting the EA to CEO as required and supporting ad hoc projects. Assisting in the planning and execution of conferences and seminars. Supporting Reinsurance Solutions by managing the Business Continuity Plan. How this opportunity is different We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic person who will be able to work in partnership with the Reinsurance Team to provide effective administrative support to ensure the needs of the team are met in a timely and professional manner. Skills and experience that will lead to success A highly motivated and polished customer service and administration professional, you will bring the following to the role: Previous administration or team assistant experience required. Insurance / Financial Services industry is preferred but not essential. High attention to detail with a quality focus. Strong ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities. An ability to be discreet and maintain confidentiality at all times. An ability to build and maintain effective working relationships. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A proactive approach and willingness to succeed.
