Prepare and present steaks, grilled meats, and steakhouse specialties while maintaining exceptional food quality, consistency, and presentation standards

Ensure food quality, freshness, consistency, and proper portion control at all times. Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation in accordance with company and HACCP standards. Monitor food stock levels, minimize waste, and inform the Chef of excess or low-stock items. Operate kitchen equipment safely and ensure proper storage and handling of food products. Maintain food production records and temperature logs as required. Communicate effectively with the culinary and service teams regarding menu specials, guest requirements, and operational needs. Support smooth kitchen operations during busy service periods and contribute to an exceptional guest dining experience. Report equipment or maintenance issues promptly to the appropriate department.

Candidate Profile

Previous experience as a Steakhouse Chef in a luxury hotel, upscale steakhouse, or high-end restaurant is highly preferred.

Strong knowledge of steak preparation techniques, food safety, and hygiene standards preferable. Passion for culinary excellence and delivering memorable guest experiences. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
