Job Description
Role Purpose The PMO Analyst - Airports supports the running of the Program Management Office, maintaining program controls, data, reporting and documentation that keep the program organized and transparent. The role provides day-to-day analytical and coordination support across governance, planning, risk, change and reporting, ensuring information is accurate, timely and consistent.
Key Responsibilities
Controls & Reporting Maintain program trackers, logs and the reporting pack (status, milestones, actions, KPIs). Consolidate inputs from workstreams to produce accurate, timely reports and dashboards. Maintain program documentation, templates and the document repository. Governance & Coordination Support governance forums - scheduling, papers, minutes, actions and follow-up. Maintain and chase RAID, change and dependency logs to keep them current. Support resource and onboarding administration across the program. Assurance Check data quality and consistency across program artefacts. Support continuous improvement of PMO processes and tooling.
Skills & Experience
Essential PMO experience: Experience in a PMO or project support role on medium-to-large programmes. Reporting: Good reporting, data-handling and dashboarding skills. Organisation: Strong organisation, coordination and administration skills. Tooling: Proficiency with MS Office (esp. Excel/PowerPoint), and familiarity with PMO tools (JIRA/ADO, Power BI, SharePoint). Communication: Clear written and verbal communication and stakeholder liaison. Desirable Experience in aviation, airports or critical-infrastructure environments. Awareness of a recognised methodology (PRINCE2, PMI, MSP, agile). PMO/project foundation certification (P3O, PRINCE2 Foundation). Exposure to MSI delivery models.
Qualifications
Degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant discipline. Foundation-level PMO/project certification desirable.
