Job Overview
The Project Manager will lead the country-level deployment of a centralized HR Portal. The role is responsible for coordinating the full implementation scope across design for HRSS, HR Partners and COE case management, top inquiries and knowledge readiness, UAT testing, change management and adoption. Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership • Lead the HR Portal deployment plan and coordinate all country workstreams. • Apply the global deployment approach, tools, templates and governance cadence. • Track milestones, dependencies, actions, risks and decisions, escalating through the central PMO where required. • Provide clear status reporting and decision support for project leadership. Service Design and Process Transformation • Coordinate current-state mapping workshops and future state alignment with HR Functional Leaders, HRSS, HRBP and COE representatives. • Drive alignment on HR service catalogue, case types, routing, tiered support groups and local operating model design. • Ensure design decisions are documented, validated and ready for build, UAT and deployment activities. Knowledge Management and Top Enquiries • Coordinate knowledge gap analysis and documentation plans for agreed HR content. • Support knowledge content creators and local reviewers to convert policies and process guidance into required knowledge articles standards and templates. • Ensure knowledge readiness aligns with self-service, Employee Centre and AI adoption objectives. Deployment Readiness and Technical Coordination • Coordinate readiness and business sign-off across MyHR (Success Factors), integration workstreams with HR Technology team and relevant technical leads. • Support UAT planning, issue tracking, defect prioritisation and fixes. • Manage cutover planning, go-live readiness checkpoints and transition handover to operational owners. Change, Communications and Adoption • Partner with change management resources to prepare local HR teams, managers and employees for the new service model. • Support stakeholder engagement, communication inputs, training readiness and adoption feedback loops. • Monitor readiness risks and partner with change management leads and champions to understand scope, impacts and adoption expectations.
