Finance & Business Management - Associate

Join the Finance & Business Management (F&BM) team for an opportunity to work closely with the Tech Audit COO to deliver clear, accurate, and actionable insights on expenses, headcount and plan management. As an Associate on the F&BM team, you will be responsible for translating financial and operational data into concise narratives for senior leaders, maintain disciplined forecasting cadences, and contribute to initiatives that enhance transparency, governance, and overall business performance.

Assist in managing financial performance and forecasts for Tech Audit, including expense and headcount variance explanations, trend analysis, and monthly forecast updates Produce weekly and monthly reporting summarizing financial plan performance and key metrics for senior leadership. Assist with annual financial planning and audit planning cycles by analyzing inputs, creating summary views, and completing plan updates and submissions as needed. Support bi-annual Strategic Organization Chart processes by partnering with COOs, providing hands-on assistance, and performing quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness. Coordinate and assist with Internal Audit’s real estate and workplace strategy, including seating plans, space planning, moves/adds/changes coordination; partner with internal stakeholders (e.g., COOs/business managers and workplace/real estate teams) to ensure seating and space decisions align to headcount, budget, and business priorities. Coordinate select team activities and communications (e.g., town halls, employee recognition, strategy sessions), including preparing materials and tracking action items. Look to streamline processes by introducing automation, where possible Assist in producing executive presentations, analysis and supporting materials for key internal clients including senior management Support ad-hoc projects and requests, as needed Required qualifications, capabilities and skills Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience). 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, business management, or a related analytical role Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify drivers, and communicate insights clearly. Possess a commitment to accuracy, controls, and follow-through. Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to summarize complex information for senior audiences. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
