As a Bird Removal Technician, you will be the face of Ecolab - working directly with customers in commercial environments to identify and resolve bird-related issues. You’ll combine hands-on technical work with customer interaction, all while receiving training and support to grow your career. What’s Unique About This Role: Hands-on, dynamic work – No two days are the same Travel opportunities – Local travel Paid training – Learn bird removal techniques and customer service skills Career growth – Clear path for advancement with minimal prior experience required Meaningful impact – Help customers maintain safe, compliant environments What You Will Do: Inspect customer facilities to identify bird activity and risks Recommend and implement bird control solutions tailored to customer needs Educate customers on prevention techniques and bird behavior Provide responsive, high-quality service to build strong customer relationships Adapt to changing job conditions and solving problems in the field Travel to customer locations using your personal vehicle Position Details: Location: Richmond, VA Work Week & Shift: Part Time; Thursday, Friday, Saturday – on call Pay: $17/hr + incentive job pay Travel: 150 -250 mile radius of Richmond, VA Vehicle: Personal vehicle required for travel Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Must be at least 21 years of age Position requires a current and valid Driver’s License with no restrictions Reliable, insured vehicle Residence within 50 miles of Richmond, VA Ecolab conducts a background check on all candidates who receive a job offer Due to federal contract requirements, this position requires a drug test including THC for all candidates who receive a job offer Mobile smartphone Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role  Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
