The Sr Analyst, Enterprise Business Insights supports the Construction & Properties/Real Estate department by translating project financial data into actionable business insights that help teams manage capital projects more effectively. This role partners with internal Workplace, IT, and external business partners to identify cost trends, funding risks, opportunities, and performance drivers that strengthen project decisions and align investments with enterprise priorities. Primary responsibilities include analyzing project budgets, commitments, actuals, forecasts, IT labor, accruals, and invoice activity to surface insights that improve financial outcomes and project execution. The role develops decision-ready analyses and internal IC materials, highlights emerging risks and opportunities, recommends actions, and supports capital planning and policy compliance. *** Ability to work hybrid at Woonsocket, RI *** Job responsibilities Partner with the Workplace team and external partners to analyze project costs, funding needs, and performance drivers; identify trends, risks, and opportunities; and recommend actions that improve project financial outcomes and align investments with enterprise priorities. Use internal project tracker data to evaluate budget, commitments, forecast, funding, and project status; surface exceptions and emerging issues; and provide stakeholders with actionable insights for timely decision-making. Partner with IT to analyze project labor costs, explain cost drivers and variances, and identify opportunities to improve resource and budget decisions. Create decision-ready internal IC materials that synthesize financial insights, project performance, funding needs, key risks, and recommended actions to support leadership review and investment decisions. Assist in the development of quarterly and year end capital accruals Review and approve department capital invoices in accordance with capitalization policy using Service Channel to support accurate reporting. Perform ad hoc financial and business analysis to answer project questions, uncover improvement opportunities, and support informed decision-making.
Required Qualifications
2 + years of progressive experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Accounting, or related financial roles within a complex organization. Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint Ability to work hybrid at Woonsocket, RI Preferred Qualifications Strong oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate across many levels of the organization Attention to detail, ability to acquire new skills is essential Ability to work independently and work in a team environment is required Knowledge of S4/HANA Financial platform preferred Knowledge of Anaplan Financial planning preferred Knowledge of Access, Tableau or Power BI Presentation development and skills Education Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $46,988.00 - $112,200.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
