Standard Job Description 
 Performs a variety of activities in information systems design, development, and analysis encompassing one or more of the following areas of technical expertise: programming, computer application analysis, software development, systems integration, and related disciplines. Basic Qualifications 
 • Proven experience with agile methodologies and associated tooling (e.g., JIRA, DevOps). • Strong background in developing software requirements, user stories, and test cases. • Demonstrated customer-focused mindset and empathy • Strategic thinking with a tactical execution focus • Ability to balance short term deliverables with long term product vision • Strong organizational and time management skills • Adaptability to changing priorities and fast paced environments • U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance   Desired Skills
