Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following: • Strategic Planning and Operational Efficiency: Drive the development and execution of strategic plans, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and optimizing executive operations. • Performance Monitoring and Decision Support: Develop performance metrics, track progress against business plans, and provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support executive decision-making. • Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop staff to ensure high performance and professional growth, fostering a collaborative and high-functioning team environment. • Resource and Budget Management: Manage and optimize resource allocation, oversee budget planning, and ensure effective financial management to support district initiatives. • Stakeholder Engagement and Representation: Facilitate effective communication and coordination between departments, represent senior management in their absence, and build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
What You'll need
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired, with 5+ years of related professional experience. Strong financial acumen, including the ability to understand budgets, evaluate financial impacts, and support sound business decisions. Demonstrated program and/or project management experience, with the ability to manage priorities, coordinate cross-functional activities, track deliverables, and drive projects to completion. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a clear, concise, and direct communication style. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and manage multiple priorities . Job Contribution: An experienced professional, recognized as an expert, creatively resolving complex issues with broad and in-depth knowledge. Leads significant projects with strategic autonomy, influencing executive decisions.
