**Description**

As an intern with Textron, you’ll gain hands\-on experience while exploring your interests and building new skills\. You’ll be supported and challenged to contribute in meaningful ways – working on real projects alongside experienced professionals to prepare for future success\.

+ Work with a cross\-functional team, gathering and analyzing data, formulating differing hypothesis and developing models and solutions to challenging problems\.

+ Identify and craft a clear and compelling purpose of a data analytics project\.

+ Execute the necessary steps to gather primary and secondary data, explore and clean data, generate necessary models in order to interpret the results and run models on real data\.

+ Perform data gathering via secondary and primary source research methods\.

+ Analyze qualitative data to uncover industry, company, and customer trends\.

+ Create in\-depth reports and stellar deliverables, communicating the story the data tells senior leadership\.

+ Generate reports using dashboards and scorecards to visually depict KPIs\.

+ Curate and depict the ideal customer experience based on data modeling and insights\.

+ Education: Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, mathematics, statistics, or another relevant program required

+ Software Knowledge: Differing Integrated Development Environment \(IDE\) disciplines, PowerBI, QlikView, Tableau

+ Top\-caliber curiosity, initiate\-taking and critical thinking skills
