The Senior Manager, FP&A serves as a strategic finance partner to the Investments and Product organizations, supporting comprehensive planning, forecasting, analysis, and reporting of financial performance. Reporting to the Finance Business Partner for Investments and Product this highly visible role combines advanced financial modeling, complex analysis, and executive-level communication to influence decision-making and drive financial excellence across the business. Summary Designs and delivers highly complex financial analytics and reporting. Responsible for the accuracy and completeness of own work. Provides guidance and coaching to direct reports as well as other team members, as needed, and contributes to the overall goals of the FP&A organization.

Coordinate with Accounting and business partners on actual results, budgets, and forecast activities to ensure accuracy and consistency. Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, dashboards, and executive-level summaries for senior management. Distill and synthesize complex issues into clear narratives, communicating key messages and actionable recommendations to leadership.  Lead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes for the Investments organization, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities and business strategy.  Perform in-depth analysis on business unit financials and products to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Perform P&L analysis of the business incorporating AUM and revenue components to present to senior leadership. Develop business cases and evaluate investment opportunities, cost-saving initiatives, and strategic projects, including ROI-based analysis and post-implementation tracking. Conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis to evaluate key business drivers and support resource-allocation decisions. Serve as a trusted advisor and finance partner to functional leaders, influencing decisions at the senior level. Coach, mentor, and develop analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and high performance. Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve data integrity, and enhance reporting accuracy through automation and standardization.

Required: Bachelor's degree AND 8+ years of total relevant work experience Preferred: Demonstrated expertise in complex, driver-based financial modeling and building scalable models Superior communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to succinctly brief executive leadership and translate complex data into a clear narrative Experience in asset
