Position Summary
Our Deloitte Human Capital team helps organizations create value through people performance. Work You'll Do As a Project, Manager on the team, you will be responsible for: Leading federal workforce modernization and planning initiatives, including mission mapping, demand-supply analysis, skills gap assessments, succession planning, and strategic workforce recommendations across programs. Developing, classifying, and maintaining job and position descriptions by applying regulations and classification standards to determine occupational series, titles, grades, and exemption status, while supporting adjudication activities. Facilitating focus groups, occupational analyses, and working sessions to identify workforce needs, competency gaps, role alignment opportunities, and actionable workforce solutions. Designing and managing promotion criteria, career progression frameworks, and standardized job code structures to support transparency, consistency, and compliance across workforce programs. Partnering with HR, compensation, and business leadership to align workforce structures, talent strategies, and critical skill requirements with mission priorities and organizational goals. Driving workforce lifecycle advisory efforts across planning, classification, talent acquisition, development, performance management, retention, onboarding, and offboarding processes to support compliance and operational effectiveness. Delivering performance management improvement initiatives, monthly workforce reporting, and executive-level recommendations to monitor trends, inform decision-making, and advance innovation and change management.
