Eaton’s Electrical Engineering Services and Systems Division is hiring a Power Systems Engineering, Lead to join our team in the Power Systems Engineering (PSE) group.  The position can be based in either one of our Eaton locations in Ontario (Kitchener, Mississauga, Milton, Toronto, Ottawa) , Alberta (Calgary, Edmonton) and Laval, QC, Moncton, NB, Dartmouth NB, Delta, BC, and Winnipeg, MB.   The expected annual salary range for this role is $93000 - $117000 a year.  Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. In this dynamic position, you’ll provide applied engineering consultation across power systems studies, power quality analysis, substation design, and training—helping us optimize performance, ensure reliability, and drive innovation in their energy infrastructure.   What will you do? · Technical Consultation: Provide applied engineering and technical consultation for customers in the areas of power systems studies, design, installation, startup, maintenance, repair and training. · Project Management: Manage assigned projects and job costs to perform work within budgeted cost estimates Interpret specs and customer inquiries and design technical proposals and pricing for customers. · Customer solutions: Provide technical solutions to customers that may involve equipment design or upgrades, testing of equipment, solutions relating to increase safety, reliability, or efficiency. · Engineering design: Perform engineering design duties, which require application of engineering principles. · Troubleshooting: Troubleshooting, and problem solving relative to power distribution equipment. · Mentorship: Mentor or lead other engineers on projects including reviewing and stamping their work · Training Delivery: Design and conduct specialized training for customers.   What will make you successful?  Required (Basic) Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering. P.Eng. License in any Canadian Province. Minimum 5+ years’ experience working as Power System Engineer. Experience in Ground Grid Design using
