Job Overview
As a Maintenance Mechanic II, you'll be at the center of what keeps our operation running smoothly. From material handling equipment and powered equipment to facility systems and building structures, you'll troubleshoot issues, perform preventive maintenance, and help ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently.
This is a hands-on role where no two days look exactly the same. You'll take on mechanical and electrical challenges, complete daily inspections, respond to maintenance needs, and support larger projects with your team. Your work helps reduce downtime, improve reliability, and support productivity across the operation.

What To Expect
Work hands-on with equipment, systems, and facility maintenance needs in a fast-paced operations environment. Troubleshoot and repair issues that help keep the operation running safely and efficiently. Document work, parts usage, and repair needs using maintenance systems. Partner with leaders, vendors, and team members to resolve maintenance issues.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair material handling equipment, including conveyors, sorters, and related systems. Perform preventive maintenance and daily inspections of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical components. Dismantle, inspect, repair, replace, assemble, and test equipment and parts to confirm proper operation. Maintain machines, tools, equipment, and facility systems through routine repairs, lubrication, cleaning, and basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, or welding support. Use maintenance systems to track repairs, parts usage, equipment needs, and vendor support. Follow safe work practices, report concerns, and help maintain a safe and respectful workplace.
Skills That Matter
Must Have
Minimum 2 years of direct maintenance experience, commercial or industrial maintenance-related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read, understand, and interpret employment policies, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals in English.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate
