UKG Pro WFM Functional Consultant
Job Title - UKG Pro WFM Functional Consultant Location - Dallas, TX (Remote) We are seeking a skilled UKG Pro WFM Functional Consultant to support the configuration, implementation, enhancement, and ongoing maintenance of UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) applications. The role requires strong expertise in workforce management processes, stakeholder collaboration, system troubleshooting, and integration support. The ideal candidate will act as a subject matter expert, driving operational efficiency and ensuring optimal utilization of UKG Pro WFM capabilities across the organization. Configure, implement, test, and provide ongoing support for UKG Pro WFM applications. Manage and support key UKG Pro WFM modules, with emphasis on Timekeeping, Accruals, and Attendance. Collaborate with business users, HR, Payroll, and vendor teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues. Develop functional specifications for UKG/Kronos configuration changes and enhancements. Plan, coordinate, and execute testing activities for new functionalities and system changes.
