Job Title Precinct Facility Manager Job Description Summary Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an experienced Precinct Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day delivery of facilities management services across a high-profile portfolio of public-facing precincts in Sydney. As the primary facilities management representative onsite, you will coordinate planned and reactive maintenance, contractor activity, asset issues and operational requirements. You will work closely with Helpdesk, Event Operations and HSE teams to maintain safe, functional and well-presented precinct environments. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive facilities professional who enjoys working in busy, live environments where priorities can change quickly.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities Deliver planned and reactive maintenance activities. Coordinate contractors and monitor performance, safety and compliance. Manage asset defects, maintenance priorities and work orders. Partner with Helpdesk, Event Operations and HSE teams. Coordinate facilities readiness for events and activations. Identify and escalate operational risks and compliance issues. Provide timely updates and support continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
Demonstrated experience in facilities management or building operations. Experience within complex, public-facing or precinct environments. Strong knowledge of maintenance, contractor management and compliance. Ability to manage competing priorities in live environments. Clear communication and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
