Offtaker Alliance & Commercial Development (40%)

• Develop and sign first European offtake agreement: develop milestone-based financing instruments and offtake at the intersection of offtaker and financing institutes

• Develop commercial models, pricing scenarios, and partnership frameworks

• Build and operationalize an alliance of offtakers: identify, qualify, and engage strategic partners based on energy demand profile and ability to absorb risks

• Maintain a single source of truth on pipeline, status, and next steps

Chief of Staff Support to COO (20 - 30%)

• Prep for events, exec meetings, board topics (e.g., Commercialization Council?)

• Support filtering, prioritizing, and executing incoming topics

Strategic Projects & Corporate Development (20 - 30%)

• Support/ co-own scale-up of the operative infrastructure: Drive establishment of OKR system, workflow optimization and automation,
