Caterpillar is looking for a Product Catalog Owner to shape how customers discover and find parts, components, and products across our digital channels. This role is responsible for building and maintaining the foundation of the online product catalog, ensuring information is organized, accurate, and easy to navigate through categories, filters, and search experiences. You will act as the link between customers, business stakeholders, engineering teams, and product experts, translating business needs and customer search behaviors into scalable catalog and search solutions. Your work will directly impact how quickly and accurately customers can find the products they need. This position is based onsite in São Paulo, Brazil , requiring presence in the office five days per week , and reports to a global leader outside of Brazil, requiring regular interaction with international teams and stakeholders.

Own the product taxonomy, category structure, attributes, and fitment data; Improve product discoverability through better catalog organization, filtering, and search experiences; Analyze catalog performance and customer search behavior to identify improvement opportunities; Prioritize catalog enhancements based on customer impact and business value; Define business rules for search, synonyms, redirects, and merchandising capabilities; Partner with Engineering and Product teams to develop scalable catalog and product data solutions; Collaborate with technical experts to ensure product information is complete, accurate, and customer-friendly; Establish governance processes and standards to maintain catalog quality. Success in this role looks like: Customers find products faster and more accurately; Increased use of filters, categories, and self-service navigation; Improved quality and completeness of product information; Reduced zero-result searches and product discovery issues. ​ What you bring:
