General Counsel, Commercial

As General Counsel, Commercial for Honeywell UOP, you will serve as a senior legal partner to the business, with primary responsibility for complex commercial and procurement matters and related risk management. Your expertise in contract negotiation, dispute management, compliance, and practical business counseling will help protect our interests and support our continued success. You will report directly to the Vice President & General Counsel for UOP and partner closely with UOP business leaders and functional teams. You’ll work out of one of our Honeywell hub locations on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will provide practical, business-oriented legal advice on commercial arrangements, compliance, disputes, strategic initiatives, and other matters, helping UOP operate ethically, legally, and with integrity, allowing the company to continue its mission of creating innovative solutions that improve the quality of life for people worldwide.
