Company: Marsh Description: Job Purpose: To provide Fiduciary support to existing London and Norwich based colleagues (including Client Executives) in servicing a large multi national, multi product line portfolio of business To provide improved client service through the early resolution of fiduciary issues To contribute towards and/or meet internal targets in respect of: Unmatched cash Trapped premium All in relation to all Fast Track product lines Main Responsibilities: To review and propose solutions to resolve Fiduciary issues escalated from Marsh Operations involving FT technicians and Brokers as appropriate To assist the Norwich Management team in providing MI on unmatched cash and trapped premium volumes To understand & ease payment situations and/or to provide MI Prepare premium calculations for Fast Track clients Set and achieve specific goals as evidenced Workday Other: Completion of mandatory training requirements as may be required from time to time by the firm and within the timeframes given Completion of the Firm’s CPD requirements, currently 35 hours per year, in a timely manner Marsh (NYSE: MRSH) is a global leader in risk, reinsurance and capital, people and investments, and management consulting, advising clients in 130 countries.
