Mountain Youth Academy (a UHS company) is seeking LPN (S) for Night Shifts to join our growing team! JOB REQUIREMENTS: (include, but are not limited to, the following) Patient assessment and care planning: Performing comprehensive assessments on patients, including mental status evaluations, vital signs, and physical health needs, and contributing to individualized care plans based on the patient's needs. Medication administration: Accurately administering prescribed medications, including psychotropic medications, and monitoring for side effects. Behavioral observation and documentation: Observing and documenting patient behavior, including changes in mood, affect, and behavior patterns, and reporting any concerning behaviors to the registered nurse. Therapeutic communication: Engaging in therapeutic communication with patients, actively listening, providing emotional support, and assisting with coping mechanisms.

EMR Electronic Medical Record Knowledge of Mental Health Disorders High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge of Psychotropic Medications Phlebotomy Exceptional ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats.
