Title: Community Relation Officer (CLO)-Onsite The CLO is responsible for building and sustaining working and trusting relationships between the CSSP-WIP Project and local communities. Required Qualifications / Experience Experience in the field of Community Relations; High level of interpersonal skills and strong verbal and written communication skills; Empathetic towards sensitive cultural, personal and community issues; Mediation and conflict resolution skills; Knowledge of local language; Demonstrated ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision; Able to dialog, disclose information, negotiate; Understanding of the economic, political and social dynamics in the area of operation; Good reporting skills; Diligent and meticulous.
