Job Description
For Universal United Kingdom Resort (UUKR), Provides advanced project governance, coordination, and administrative support across all projects within the Property Development department, including the development of the Entertainment Resort Complex (ERC) and associated enabling infrastructure. Supports the Vice President, Project Directors, and Project Managers by ensuring project governance processes, documentation, reporting, communication, and administrative activities are executed efficiently and in accordance with established company procedures. Acts as a key coordination point between project teams, internal departments, consultants, contractors, and external stakeholders to facilitate successful project delivery. Coordinate project governance activities, including contract documentation, change requests, work authorisations, approvals, and record management. Ensure project documentation is maintained in accordance with established governance requirements and procedures. Support the Vice President, Project Directors, and Project Managers with project administration and governance compliance, including document control, reporting, schedule and cost information, document reviews, and preparation of project materials. Track and follow up on project action items, approvals, and deliverables. Coordinate with internal departments, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to support project objectives and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. Prepare and distribute project correspondence, reports, presentations, meeting materials, and other departmental communications. Maintain accurate project information and records using approved systems and software. Assist with expense reporting and other administrative activities as required. Provide administrative and coordination support across the Property Development team. Act as a liaison with internal departments to support governance processes, technology needs, procurement activities, resource coordination, and other operational requirements in line with company procedures. Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established Universal policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
