Join our outstanding team and help shape the future of energy.   Position Specific Description   Our Operating Fleet Sourcing Department within the Engineering, Construction and Supply Chain Business Unit is seeking a Senior Procurement Associate to join the team in Juno Beach, FL.   This role executes the Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order (PR to PO) process and ensures suppliers fulfill contractual obligations. Key responsibilities include supporting contract negotiations, prioritizing urgent Business Unit (BU) fleet requirements, coordinating with an extensive vendor network, and developing spot buy reduction contracts for assigned parts categories. A critical function of this position is independently managing the procurement backlog to support BU customers while holding vendors accountable for meeting committed lead times and quality standards. Additional duties include addressing BU vendor inquiries, resolving order discrepancies, and tracking order status. This role executes the Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order (PR to PO) process and manages order fulfillment. Employees in this role would be expected to lead Requests For Proposal (RFPs), negotiations, and purchase document execution.  Employees in this role will interact regularly with suppliers and address common supply chain issues. This role supports team initiatives and assists in data collection for stakeholders. Job Duties & Responsibilities
