Discover opportunities to make a difference at RTX.  The Test Solutions Engineering team within the Hardware Discipline Center focuses on creating advanced Windows-based application solutions for high-performance products. Our Test Solution tools and systems play a critical role in supporting the full lifecycle of complex systems, from engineering labs and field operations to production environments. As a member of the Test Solutions team, you will engage in cutting-edge designs using the latest technologies, developing software solutions to integrate state-of-the-art engineering systems. You will have opportunities to contribute across all stages of the engineering lifecycle, including demonstrations, tests, design verification, production, and sustainment.

Develop and integrate object-oriented software applications using C# and C++ in Microsoft Visual Studio Troubleshoot and debug software to ensure functionality and reliability Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to develop and implement solutions Work within established software development lifecycles, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies Develop and derive requirements for software applications and systems Qualifications You Must Have Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) Experience with software development, testing, or integration using C, C++, Python, or Visual Basic Experience with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Visual Studio Qualifications We Prefer Basic understanding of software development principles and object-oriented design Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment Experience with Agile or Waterfall development lifecycles What We Offer   Our values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world.
