Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, including power, cooling, racks, cabling, networking, servers, storage, and security systems. Experience managing multiple vendors and cross-functional teams. Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid. Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Jira, Excel, and project reporting tools. Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Certifications PMP (Project Management Professional) PRINCE2 Agile/Scrum Certification ITIL Foundation CDCP (Certified Data Centre Professional) or equivalent data center certification Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 8–15 years of project management experience, including data center or critical infrastructure projects.
