Job Summary（岗位概述） As an Electrification Site Solution Development Engineer , you will be responsible for designing and developing customer- or site-facing electrification solutions, covering system definition, key technology selection, integration validation, and deployment support. You will translate business and on-site requirements into implementable engineering solutions, ensuring the right balance among performance, safety, reliability, cost, and manufacturability, while working closely within the E&ES organization and across cross-functional teams to drive end-to-end solution delivery from concept to deployment. 作为 Electrification Site Solution Development Engineer （能源现场解决方案开发工程师），你将负责面向客户或应用现场的电气化解决方案设计与开发，覆盖系统方案定义、关键技术选型、集成验证及落地支持。你将把业务与现场需求转化为可实施的工程方案，确保解决方案在性能、安全性、可靠性、成本与可制造性之间取得平衡，并在 E&ES 组织内与跨职能团队紧密协作，推动解决方案从概念到部署的全流程实现。 Key Responsibilities（关键职责） Participate in and lead the design and development of electrification site solutions , supporting the full process from requirements analysis to engineering implementation. 参与并主导 能源现场解决方案 的设计与开发，支持从需求分析到工程落地。 Translate customer and site requirements into system- and component-level technical specifications, interface definitions, and design solutions. 将客户/现场需求转化为系统与部件级技术规格、接口定义和设计方案。 Support solution integration, prototype validation, testing, and performance analysis, and participate in issue troubleshooting and improvement activities. 支持方案集成、原型验证、测试与性能分析，参与问题定位与改进。 Collaborate with system, electrical, software, mechanical, manufacturing, and quality teams to advance design reviews and technical decisions. 与系统、电气、软件、机械、制造及质量团队协作，推进设计评审和技术决策。 Support technical selection, supplier evaluation, and solution validation for key components and subsystems. 支持关键部件与子系统的技术选型、供应商评估及方案验证。 Participate in cost, manufacturability, and reliability assessments to ensure the solution meets business objectives. 参与成本、可制造性和可靠性评估，确保解决方案满足业务目标。 Prepare and maintain solution descriptions, design documents, and test reports. 编写并维护解决方案说明、设计文档和测试报告。 Continuously monitor new technologies and industry trends related to electrification and energy systems, and identify opportunities to optimize solutions. 持续关注电气化与能源系统相关新技术和行业趋势，识别并推动方案优化机会。 Required Skills（必备技能） Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering (Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or related majors). 工程类本科及以上学历（电气工程、电子工程、机电一体化或相关专业）。 Product / solution design and development capability : able to complete
