Job Summary As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and delivering marketing initiatives that contribute to the commercial success of our portfolio, brands, hotels, and programmes across EMEA markets. Your role will focus on implementing campaigns to raise awareness and drive consideration for Marriott Bonvoy and our brands, helping to grow market share and support revenue objectives. You will work collaboratively with colleagues across different functions and geographies, building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. In partnership with the EMEA Commercial Organisation and supporting teams, you will help ensure marketing activities are tailored to the needs of our business and consumers and reflect the unique characteristics of EMEA markets. Success in this role requires a solid foundation in marketing, digital, brand, and loyalty disciplines, as well as strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills. You will be expected to manage multiple projects, coordinate stakeholder requirements, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Assist in developing, and/or executing marketing plans and strategies to support business KPIs. Work collaboratively with internal teams to help deliver integrated marketing initiatives. Coordinate multiple projects and priorities, ensuring deadlines are met. Assist with the tailoring of marketing activities to suit local market and cultural needs within EMEA. Ensure marketing activities adhere to brand standards. Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement in marketing processes. Assist with the activation of audience- and data-led approaches in marketing activities. Support team collaboration and contribute to a positive, high-performing work environment.
Paid Media
Initiate, implement, and refine comprehensive paid media strategies that align with global and EMEA marketing and commercial objectives, driving Marriott’s digital direct share and customer engagement Oversee end-to-end execution of paid digital campaigns across platforms (e.g., Google, Meta, LinkedIn), including briefing, monitoring, optimization, and budget tracking to ensure optimal performance and efficiency to ensure campaigns meet performance goals. Work closely with media agencies, technology partners, and internal teams to optimize campaigns and explore new opportunities. Track campaign KPIs, compile performance reports, and share insights to support optimization and continuous improvement. Partner with global paid media teams and EMEA marketing teams to ensure paid media activities complement broader 360° marketing plans, and ensure campaign alignment, timely delivery, and high standards of execution. Contribute to test-and-learn initiatives, adopt new tools and tactics, and explore emerging opportunities to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
Candidate Profile
3+ years of marketing experience, ideally within hospitality or consumer-focused industries. Familiarity with multi-market operations and cultural adaptability. Ability to manage campaigns and coordinate with cross-functional teams. Practical experience in digital marketing and brand support activities. Strong organisational skills with basic understanding of budget management. Demonstrated ability to execute marketing plans and deliver measurable results.
