Summary As a Senior Manager - Digital Product, you will lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of technology products in Aetna Web Services (AWS) that drive customer and business value. As a member of the Digital Product Team, you will partner across business, technology, and design organizations to define product vision, prioritize investments, develop high-performing teams, and deliver measurable outcomes aligned with enterprise objective. Roles and Responsibilities Define and drive product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmaps aligned to enterprise objectives. Partner with AWS Cloud Engineering, UX, Data, Operations, and business teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences. Establish product KPIs and measure outcomes to drive continuous improvement and value realization. Influence senior stakeholders and build alignment across cross-functional organizations. Lead, coach, and develop Product Managers and Product Owners while fostering a customer-centric and data-driven culture.

7+ years of experience in roles such as Product Owner and/or Business Analyst in health care domain.

Certified Product Manager (CPM). Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO). Prior experience working with software development teams in an Agile environment.

Bachelor’s degree from accredited university or equivalent work experience (High School Diploma/GED + 4 years relevant experience). Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $118,450.00 - $236,900.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.    Our people fuel our future.
