Primary Responsibilities
Lead architecture strategy, solution design, and technology modernization initiatives supporting business objectives, enterprise standards, and regulatory requirements Define and communicate target-state architectures, technical roadmaps, reference patterns, and architectural guardrails to drive consistency, scalability, and long-term sustainability Partner with business, product, engineering, security, and operational teams to translate business requirements into secure, scalable, cloud-enabled technology solutions Provide technical leadership for cloud migration, application modernization, data integration, and enterprise platform transformation initiatives, including M3P architecture evolution (M3P reference added as role-specific context) Conduct architecture assessments, impact analyses, and technology evaluations to identify risks, dependencies, technical debt, and optimization opportunities Establish and enforce non-functional requirements, including performance, resiliency, availability, security, compliance, disaster recovery, and operational readiness standards Guide engineering teams through solution implementation, architecture reviews, proof-of-concepts, design decisions, and adoption of enterprise standards and best practices Influence stakeholders and leadership through effective communication of architectural vision, technology strategy, business value, risks, and trade-offs Champion innovation and AI-enabled engineering practices leveraging approved tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, GitHub Copilot/Codex, and Claude to improve design quality, productivity, documentation, and delivery outcomes Mentor architects, engineers, and technical leads while fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, accountability, and customer-focused innovation Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field; equivalent experience considered 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, solution architecture, enterprise architecture, or technology leadership roles 5+ years of experience designing and governing large-scale enterprise applications, integrations, and cloud-based solutions Demonstrated experience developing architecture roadmaps, target-state architectures, reference architectures, and technology modernization strategies Experience conducting architecture reviews, impact assessments, technical evaluations, and trade-off analyses to support strategic decision-making Experience mentoring engineers and architects while driving adoption of enterprise standards, governance processes, and best practices Solid understanding of cloud platforms (Azure preferred), application modernization, APIs, event-driven architectures,
