WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm schedule working in a busy Cardiology practice In person position ⁠Maintain appropriate documentations of all telecommunications processes. Provide general hospital and patient information, answering calls in a friendly and courteous manner. Put proper emergency plans into action, and dispatch security calls. Provide exemplary customer service; greet and direct patients, family members, and other visitors.
