The EY-Parthenon team is currently seeking to expand their team and recruit a Senior Manager who will be able to build on their current strategy development, transaction and commercial experience, and work on a number of diverse and demanding engagements. Your key responsibilities
Actively contributing to business development efforts by identifying and pursuing new client opportunities, preparing proposals, and participating in pitch meetings. Collaborating with other EY service lines to bring integrated solutions to clients and leverage the full capabilities of the firm. Evaluate financial, accounting, and fundamental data to extract actionable insights using suitable analytical methods Work on various strategy and transformation initiatives. Projects will include market entry strategy, growth / turnaround strategy, go-to-market strategy, commercial due diligence, divestments, cost and organization transformation and rapid value creation. Lead independent projects or modules within engagements, including structuring the module, gathering data, conducting analysis, and formulating recommendations. Conduct valuation analyses for a range of purposes, such as financial reporting, strategic management planning, risk management, M&A and compliance with regulatory requirements. Develop and analyze complex financial models and perform financial analyses and provide actionable insights to clients. Appraise company or asset values (financial instruments, property and other fixed asset) by building a model from scratch. Share and align findings with clients to ensure understanding and agreement. Managing client relationships and ensuring the delivery of high-quality work that meets or exceeds client expectations. Coordinating and managing the work of junior team members, providing guidance, mentorship, and feedback to support their professional growth. Contributing to the development of EY-Parthenon’s internal knowledge base and thought leadership by sharing insights and best practices from client engagements. Creating an inclusive culture throughout the team and within engagements.
What we look for
A bachelor’s degree. MBA or Master’s degree will be a plus. Holding or currently studying professional qualifications such as CFA is preferred. A minimum of 8 years of relevant working experience in a strategy or consulting firm. Project management experience and demonstrate an ability to plan, deliver, structure, write and present work against tight deadlines. Analytical work experience across activities including market sizing, competitor analysis, and assessing a company’s performance/capabilities. Experiences in the fields of financial modelling and valuation. Ability to develop financial models that meet market standards from scratch and present analysis in a clear and logical manner to clients. Strong sense of ownership and commitment to deliver high quality of work. Strong communication and influencing skills, with experience presenting to executives, boards and investment professionals. Demonstrated success in business development, including proposal leadership, pitch participation and client relationship management. A passion for coaching, talent development and building high-performing teams. Self-driven initiatives and willingness to accept challenges with positive energy.
