The AVP, Participant Education Consultant reports into the Morgan Stanley at Work Participant Education Manager. This role serves as the primary point of contact (POC) and is responsible for managing the end-to-end coordination of education requests including serving as the key point of contact for webinar scheduling and broad-based multi-client education programs, partnering closely with internal teams and business stakeholders to drive timely execution, clear communication, and continuous process improvement. The candidate should be highly organized, proactive, and process-oriented with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee the intake and triage of education requests for the Education team, including coordinating follow-ups with stakeholders and proactively obtaining missing or incomplete information Manage the education assignments and workflow, ensuring timelines, milestones, materials, and logistics are tracked and executed effectively Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for webinar scheduling / re-scheduling for all education requests and primary owner of the broad-based multi-client programs Submit team session creation requests to Shared Support Services (SSS) upon date/time confirmation, ensuring all required details are complete, accurate, and aligned to established intake standards Proactively communicate schedule changes, updates, and potential risks to the Education team and relevant business partners, ensuring timely alignment and smooth execution Own and support operational education “agents” and enablement tools (e.g., post-event reporting, reporting analyst outputs, deck generation, templates), including monitoring performance, gathering enhancement requests, prioritizing updates, and coordinating change implementation with Shared Services and other partners Collaborate with the team to continuously identify opportunities to streamline, standardize, and optimize processes to improve efficiency, quality, and stakeholder experience REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent 2–5 years of relevant experience in stock plan equity, program coordination/scheduling, project management, or a related consultant role Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume intake processes, prioritize competing requests, and drive work to completion under deadlines Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to coordinate across stakeholders, drive follow-ups, and escalate risks appropriately Experience supporting webinar platforms (e.g., Zoom Webinars, Webex, Teams Live Events or similar), including troubleshooting and advising on best practices (preferred) Strong reporting and analytical skills, including experience producing recurring weekly/monthly reporting packages and responding to ad hoc requests Proven ability to identify process gaps and implement workflow improvements that increase efficiency and consistency Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment; self-starter with strong problem-solving skills   WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM MORGAN STANLEY: At Morgan Stanley, we raise, manage and allocate capital for our clients – helping them reach their goals.
