Join our team as an Industrial Electrician!    Pay is $ 40.63 -   46.33   per   h ou r   plus   s hift differential  (Hourly rate is based on experience)   Schedule is   5-2-2-5   12-hour shifts, rotating   Fridays,   Saturdays , and   Sundays       What we offer you:     Pay:   $ 40.63-46.33   per hour plus shift differential and overtime opportunities.   Comprehensive Benefits Package:   Medical, dental, vision, prescription coverage, life and ADD insurance, short- and long-term disability, and 401(k) with employer match.   Additional Benefits:   Pet insurance, wellness programs, online workouts, and more.   Paid Time Off:   Earn up to 2 weeks of vacation after your probationary period plus 10 paid holidays   Retirement:   401K savings plan with company contribution .     Culture of Growth and Advancement:   We invest in you with   on the job   training, classes, and tuition reimbursement as needed   Focus on Safety:   We prioritize your well-being and safety with our "Drive to Zero" initiative, ensuring a safe manufacturing environment.   Community Impact:   Opportunities to give   back through   food drives, plant-wide events, and volunteer programs.   Focus On Sustainability:   St. Joe recently hosted the Department of Energy to   identify   energy savings projects         What   you’ll   do:    Install, repair,   modify , troubleshoot, and perform preventative maintenance on all electrical units, controls, components, and related wiring in an industrial manufacturing environment.    Understand wiring diagrams, drawings, specifications, schematic   drawing , sketches and verbal instructions covering scheduled and emergency repairs, installations, and inspections.    Maintain inventory of electrical parts and motors,   advising   management of   purchasing   requirements.    Move and install existing or new equipment and facilities.        We need you to have:     High School Diploma, GED, or equivalency with a trade school certificate      Must be a journeyman electrician, or have a minimum of 5 years of prior electricians training or experience    Experience with Allen Bradley systems, VFD's, PLC's hardware and software, AC/DC circuits, 4-20 mA through 480 VAC circuits and 440 MCC's.    Ability to read and   comprehend   blueprints and drawings, handbooks, specifications, equipment manuals, parts   lists   and other written   material as   associated with the position.    Ability to write code and   demonstrate   a working knowledge of RS Logic.    Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus.
