Enterprise Account Executive — ASC Role Summary The Enterprise Account Executive —ASC is a customer-facing commercial leadership role responsible for driving enterprise growth across large, national Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) companies and groups. This position is accountable for developing and executing corporate-level strategies that align with the ASP/Censis/Pegasys mission and long-term growth objectives within the ASC market. Reporting to the Head of Strategic Accounts, the Enterprise Account Executive —ASC owns overlay, enterprise-driven quota responsibility and is charged with meeting and exceeding defined KPIs for the ASC market. This role represents ASP, Censis, UV Smart and Pegasys at the highest levels of ASC organizations and serves as the primary strategic interface for the four distinct yet complementary offerings that together support infection prevention, workflow efficiency, and asset intelligence across ASC enterprises.
Key Responsibilities
Own and exceed enterprise KPIs for the ASC segment, including revenue growth, portfolio expansion, and strategic partnership development across assigned national ASC organizations. Develop and execute corporate account strategies for large ASC companies and groups, aligning ASP, Censis, UV Smart and Pegasys offerings to customer priorities and long-term business objectives. Establish and maintain executive-level relationships with corporate decision-makers and key stakeholders within ASC enterprises to drive strategic alignment and commercial outcomes. Lead enterprise business reviews with ASC customers, ensuring performance against objectives, alignment on growth initiatives, and visibility to value delivered across the portfolio. Serve as the strategic orchestrator for ASP, Censis, UV Smart and Pegasys in the ASC space, positioning each as a distinct solution while delivering a cohesive, enterprise-level value proposition. Monitor ASC market dynamics, corporate activity, customer trends, and competitive landscape to proactively identify opportunities for expansion, standardization, and differentiation. Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Service Management, Supply Chain, and cross-functional stakeholders to develop and implement ASC-specific strategies consistent with corporate and customer priorities. Collaborate with field-based sales and service teams to enable execution, pull-through, and adoption at the facility level while maintaining enterprise alignment. Support clinical education and value analysis efforts in partnership with field teams, ensuring ASC decision-makers clearly understand clinical, operational, and economic value. Provide clear, consistent communication to internal stakeholders regarding account strategy, priorities, risks, and opportunities across assigned ASC enterprises. Leverage Salesforce.com to maintain accurate, timely account intelligence; manage enterprise action plans; and support forecasting, Quarterly Business Reviews, and long-range business planning. Engage with construction, development, and growth leaders within ASC organizations to support new site development, expansion initiatives, and long-term partnership opportunities. Collaborate with other Strategic and Corporate Account leaders to share insights, best practices, and lessons learned across enterprise accounts. Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives where ASC enterprise expertise is required, including new product launches, pilots, and key promotional efforts.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; minimum 5–8 years of sales and/or business experience is required. Minimum 5 years of experience in medical and capital equipment sales. Experience calling on health care corporate decision makers. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license issued in the United States. The ability to travel at least 50% of the time based on the requirements of the role, with national travel flexibility.
