TSFX Payments Operations - Analyst

Operations role providing end-to-end day-to-day support for globally traded payments and other banking products, handling high volumes and large amounts while meeting timelines/service standards and ensuring full compliance with policies and controls, with a strong focus on risk mitigation and timely escalation. Requires bilingual English and strong communication, the ability to work in a fast-paced multicultural/matrix environment partnering with Technology/Finance, and a proactive mindset for process improvements; banking/risk experience and strong analytical attention to detail are preferred.

Provide comprehensive support for the day to day Operations for payments & other banking products, within the Corporate Investment Bank.   Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and changing environment with demanding timelines and deadlines.    Solid sense of accountability and ownership of issues until resolution.   Capacity to work effectively with diverse styles and across cultures.   Team player, with experience working in matrix organizations.   Internal and external client service orientation.   Required qualifications, capabilities   & skills:   Bachelor’s degree or in the last year of study. Advanced level of English (oral and written).   Solid communication skills (written and verbal).   Preferred qualifications, capabilities   & skills:   Banking Industry Experience and risk management is a plus.   Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Attention to detail.
