About this role
Our team builds and manages the internal platforms, services and integrations that power Chase's digital channels. We're looking for solution-oriented, commercially minded, technical and customer-focused product managers who thrive in an agile environment and want to help build exceptional user experiences within a diverse and inclusive team. As a Platform Product Manager at JPMorganChase within the International Consumer Bank, you lead the end-to-end product life cycle for internal platforms that enable teams across the organization to better serve our customers. As a core leader, you act as the voice of both our customers and internal platform users, developing scalable platforms that provide lasting value. You set the long-term vision, guide successful delivery, gather feedback, and drive continuous optimization. Committed to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you work closely with cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver high-quality platform capabilities.
Job responsibilities
Define the long-term vision, roadmap, and strategic goals for internal platforms and their integrations. Analyze and synthesize requirements from stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and other business teams, translating them into detailed requirements for engineers. Proactively monitor trends to propose new solutions that better serve customers, and seek optimizations that enhance the internal user experience. Collaborate with vendors and manage vendor relationships, integrations, and delivery backlog. Provide light project-management oversight, including milestone tracking, risk identification, delivery reporting, and cross-team coordination. Define product and platform success metrics, analyze user engagement and feedback, and maintain clear documentation of objectives, roadmaps, metrics, and deliverables. Ensure the product prioritizes customer needs, performance, and quality, and meets all regulatory, risk, and control requirements. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Experience as a technical/platform product manager, working with backend- and data engineers. Experience in a complex software environment, ideally within retail financial services. Skilled at planning, prioritizing, and maintaining product backlogs across internal and vendor integrations. Technical fluency: comfort partnering with the Tech Lead on designing journeys, integration patterns, APIs, system architecture, and non-functional scalability requirements. Commercial acumen: data-driven decisions when assessing value and building cases for new deliveries or cost optimization. Stakeholder management: proven ability to align diverse business and technical teams across regions. Strong communication skills, able to explain design, architecture, and roadmap to both technical and business audiences. Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Hands-on experience scaling products and/or platforms across markets. Familiarity with customer data management platforms, communications platforms, marketing technology, and content management systems. Track record of introducing AI tools into product/engineering environments.
