Job Title:  TS Supervising Associate – SLTS Onboarding & Employer Branding Specialist      Job Summary:   Talent Services (TS) provides service offerings where the extended delivery model is used along with high-quality skills and competencies delivered virtually. This is across service lines and regions – delivering non-repetitive project-based work through skilled, agile teams. The team in the virtual hub is an extension of the regional talent teams and will cover operational/non-transnational scope.   Talent Consulting TS supports specific Regions and acts as part of the extended Region Talent consulting team. It works in a fully integrated way with onshore colleagues participating in meetings, projects and planning activities as part of one team. The Team supports the Region in performing operational and administrative tasks to allow the onshore team to focus on consultative and strategic activities based on the priorities of the Region.   SL Talent Support VTH assists a specific Region/Country and acts as part of the extended Region/Country Talent Consulting team. The onshore team for this role is the Italy Talent Team. VTH works in a fully integrated way with onshore colleagues participating in meetings, projects and planning activities as part of one team. The Team supports the region in performing operational and administrative tasks to allow the onshore team to focus on consultative and strategic activities based on the priorities of the Region.   This role will directly work with the Region Service Line Talent and Talent Development team to provide full support on onboarding, reporting, stakeholder management, communications, PMO activities and general administrative tasks. This position ensures smooth operations support. Should have a professional attitude to deal with highly confidential and sensitive information. Ensure being compliant with Data Privacy and Protection within local, regional, and global guidelines. Adapt to a constantly changing legal framework and growing business environment.   We are looking for a practical and detail orientated individual with excellent organisational, multitasking, and solution focused skills, with experience in the delivery of high-volume assignments.   Applications Used : SuccessFactors Report Centre, People Insights, EY People Pulse, Regional SharePoint sites, Power BI Dashboards, Qulatrics, etc.   Shift: Aligned to the shift timings/schedule of the Region     Essential Functions of the Job:   Responsibilities:   Pre Onboarding

Support in onboarding the New Joiner Collection of newly hired names and Buddies for Service line Coordinating with development team for updates on automation tools Update/maintenance of onboarding portal texts and Metaverse environment Extracting data from excel sheet using VLOOKUP and pivots for selecting invitees and maintaining data in teams channels. Responsible for sending pre-onboarding emails to new joiners, counsellors & buddies and coordinating with development team to keep email automation tool updated. Update of onboarding documents/ SharePoint Development of innovative technical onboarding tools Pre onboarding Welcome day/week Training sessions for Onsite Buddies – sending of information materials, coordinating with speakers (useful links, guidelines, etc.)
