Job Description
Performs specific and moderate portions of a broader assignment of an experienced engineer. Gathers and correlates basic engineering data using established and well-defined procedures. Works on detailed or routine engineering assignments involving calculations and relatively simple tests. Proposes approach to solve new problems encountered using modifications of standard procedures or methods developed in previous assignments. Identifies discrepancies in results and implements corrective actions. Provides guidance and mentorship to entry level engineers on technical concepts and best practices. Performs work in accordance with agreed upon budget and schedule with little supervision. Independently performs all the tasks necessary to complete primary design elements for engineering works. Develops and maintains comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, calculations, and test reports. Collaborates with cross-functional teams including project managers, manufacturing, and quality assurance to ensure design feasibility and compliance with industry standards. Conducts design reviews and quality assurance testing to verify system performance and reliability. Stays current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement in engineering processes and methodologies. Communicates technical findings and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management. Performance at this level requires developmental experience in a professional position. Qualifications **Required Qualifications:** Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field Minimum 10 years of professional experience in electrical engineering design, development, and project execution Proven work experience in Saudi Arabia (minimum 3 years) with demonstrated knowledge of local electrical codes, standards, and regulatory requirements Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification Advanced proficiency in electrical design software and CAD tools Strong knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, control systems, and industrial applications Demonstrated expertise in design calculations, technical analysis, and system modeling Excellent technical documentation and report writing skills Proven ability to lead and mentor junior engineering staff Strong project management and budget management capabilities Excellent communication skills with ability to present technical information to diverse stakeholders **Preferred Qualifications:** Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline Extended experience working on large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects in the Middle East region Familiarity with Saudi Arabian Standards (SASO) and Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC)
