D2 Manager - Finance / Reconciliation

Company: Mercer Description: The role will be responsible for reconciliations including Treasury Payments, Custodian Payments, Bank, Oracle reports, Journal ledger entries. Responsibilities include Control improvements, running analysis, creating journal ledger entries, identifying dishonors and generating reports of un-invested transactions to the Treasury group. Detailed knowledge and experience of end-to-end Treasury operations Well versed in building and maintaining Treasury Controls Well versed with advanced excel use and systems like Oracle R12 Knowledge of Quality tools like Six Sigma, Kaizen and Lean are good to have Knowledge of Superannuation and legislation like Protect Your Super and Putting Members’ Interest First Strong leadership, People management and client management skills Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization Strong communication and influencing skills as role have extensive dealings with external clients Team player able to work with and through others Sound judgement and ability to make appropriate and timely decisions Strong time management skills Strong SLA management and good knowledge/experience in Project Management  Effective and accurate reporting skills Excellent organizational and analytical skills Marsh (NYSE: MRSH) is a global leader in risk, reinsurance and capital, people and investments, and management consulting, advising clients in 130 countries.
