This role works closely with the Manager, Global Mobility, HR partners, employees, managers, vendors, and external counsel to support a positive employee experience and ensure cases progress efficiently. Responsibilities of the Role: Supports high-volume, transactional relocation, and immigration cases from initiation through completion. Provides timely guidance to employees and stakeholders on mobility policies, processes, timelines, and required actions. Builds effective working relationships with relocation and immigration vendors to support timely case progression and issue resolution. Monitors and manage Global Mobility ServiceNow cases and shared mailbox inquiries. Maintains accurate case documentation, monitor follow-ups, and escalate complex or compliance-sensitive matters as needed. Relocation Support Coordinates domestic and international relocation requests with employees, HR stakeholders, and external relocation vendors. Reviews relocation requests for policy eligibility and required approvals. Tracks relocation milestones, documentation, repayment agreements, vendor updates, internal reporting requirements and ensure Workday is updated accordingly. Maintains and produces accurate monthly reporting on relocation and immigration expenses to HR and Finance partners, flagging issues, concerns or inconsistencies to Manager, Global Mobility. Immigration Support Coordinates immigration cases with employees, HR stakeholders, external immigration counsel, and vendors. Supports visa extensions, amendments, work authorization renewals, new hire sponsorship, and employment-based green card processes. Tracks and audit visa expirations, initiate cases for reverification of work authorization in a timely manner, coordinate document collection and review. Supports required job postings and records. Maintains employee immigration files and records to support audit readiness and compliance requirements. Compliance & Documentation Proactively supports immigration, relocation, audit, and compliance activities by maintaining accurate records and gathering required documentation. Maintains data across ServiceNow, Workday, vendor platforms, and reporting tools. Monitors key compliance deadlines and escalation requirements. Reporting & Data Management Maintains routine immigration, relocation, visa expiration, case activity, and repayment reports. Supports data audits to ensure accuracy across multiple systems. Assists with reporting requests from HR, leadership, and business stakeholders. Requirements of the Role: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 1-3 years of experience supporting Global Mobility, Immigration, Relocation, , or a related field.
