Level 2 Sr. Supplier Performance Management Specialist Job Title: Sr. Supplier Performance Management Specialist – Level 2 Location: Bangalore, KA About the Role: The Sr. Supplier Performance Management Specialist (Level 2) is responsible for ensuring flawless execution of supplier performance processes, driving compliance, and delivering actionable insights to business partners. This role demands strong analytical skills, process expertise, and the ability to collaborate across teams to improve efficiency and supplier experience.

Process Execution & Compliance • Ensure 100% timely, error-free process compliance while maintaining quality and LOS standards. • Become an expert in process execution, demonstrating deep understanding of workflows and SOPs. • Drive low to medium complexity captainship within the team, ensuring smooth operations and issue resolution. Business Understanding • Develop a strong understanding of business nuances, including top vendors driving disputes and reasons behind denials/reversals. • Communicate business updates and challenges effectively with USA partners and keep managers informed of any process-related issues. Collaboration & Team Support • Participate actively in team huddles, meetings, and other activities. • Offer bandwidth during high workload periods and projects to support team objectives. • Build trust and collaborate effectively across business functions. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Graduate freshers or with 0 to 1 year of work experience. • Proficiency in excel and good knowledge of other MS Office tools. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management. • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams. • Strong attention to detail and process orientation. • Ability to work well with others and contribute to a positive environment.
