To achieve this, we are seeking for  experienced consultants  to join our Transformation Realized™ Consulting practice. Our team is part of EY’s Europe Central cluster, delivering market leading services to organizations across industries in Cyprus, the UK, the MENA region, and other countries internationally.

The transformation imperative is urgent, challenging and opportunity-rich, interested to join us?

You will work with multi-disciplinary individuals that provide a broad range of business and technology consulting services. Working together, we help clients better assess and improve their operations, grow revenue, and manage risks to increase shareholder value. Team members include professionals with a variety of backgrounds including academic and professional experience.

You will help solve our clients’ toughest challenges in areas such as business transformation, digital strategy & transformation, technology implementation, data & AI, customer experience, operating model redesign, and performance improvement etc.

You will be formulating strategic initiatives, redesigning organizations, transforming operations and processes, and improving business performance through the power of people, innovation, and technology.

You will help build insight and action plans around competitor intelligence and industry trends to ensure our clients remain forward-thinking and agile.

Consult with clients to understand their business objectives and technological requirements and provide strategic recommendations that integrate both business and technology perspectives.

Participate or manage implementation of transformation projects ensuring quality of work and timeline delivery.

Be a transformation partner to clients by educating them through meetings, workshops and trainings sessions

Cultivate strong client relationships by demonstrating professionalism, integrity and understanding of their needs ensuring high satisfaction and retention

Be proactive and take initiative to support engagement managers and partners in delivery high quality work to our clients

Lead, coach, and inspire diverse consulting teams by fostering a high-performance culture, mentoring junior talent, and driving collaboration across functions to successfully deliver complex transformation engagements and build future leaders within the practice.

You are an experienced professional with 7+ years of professional experience ideally within a consulting environment.

Experience in one or more of the following: Transformation programs, Data & AI, customer experience, digital services, technology implementation, product portfolio review, revenue improvement and cost reduction initiatives, innovation initiatives.

Strong analytical, problem solving, and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect both business
