Customer Service Specialist

Executing B2B orders Communicating with B2B clients Managing complaints Working with the ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics AX) Sharing order statuses and product updates internally with colleagues Preparing and submitting product packaging reports to environmental institutions Coordinating e-commerce: fulfilling orders and communicating with B2C clients (during backup periods) Requirements At least 2 years of experience in customer service Basic computer literacy and experience with an ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics AX) Ability to solve problems constructively and promptly Knowledge of business ethics and professional customer service principles Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong memory and ability to multitask effectively with multiple orders Proficiency in English   What We Offer Experience in an international, successful, and stable company A dedicated buddy during your first days Professional and friendly team Continuous training and development opportunities Discounts on company products Health insurance Monthly salary 2100-2300 Eur (Gross) with taxes How we work: At PPG, we bring teams together to accelerate collaboration and career development, with in-person work Monday through Thursday and the opportunity to work remotely on Flexible Fridays.
