We are looking for a Director, Professional Services to join our team. This is a Hybrid role based in Bangalore, reporting to SVP, Professional Services & Consulting. In this role, you will be highly engaged in strategic post-sales deployment programs for our clients, overseeing a growing team of technical consultants, project managers, and deployment specialists who are instrumental in driving successful implementations, enabling client adoption, and fostering long-term partnerships. You will ensure customer-centric excellence while driving the efficiency, scalability, and profitability of Zscaler’s service offerings, collaborating cross-functionally with sales, customer success, support, and product teams to deliver technical cloud security solutions that help our customers future-proof their networks.

What You’ll Do (Role Expectations)

• Build and scale a high-performing global Professional Services organization aligned with Zscaler’s expansion targets, collaborating across Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to establish deployment best practices, accelerate innovation, and drive revenue growth

• Drive high-quality, on-time, on-budget project delivery and serve as executive escalation for strategic accounts, partnering with Sales and Customer Success to design tailored offerings that accelerate Zscaler adoption and maximize customer lifetime value

• Establish scalable delivery frameworks and operational KPIs (TTV, CSAT, utilization, profitability) to simplify complex Zero Trust deployments, driving seamless platform adoption while partnering with Product and Engineering to optimize execution processes

• Manage the Global Delivery Center P&L to maximize profitability and revenue growth through precise capacity forecasting, resource utilization, and strategic expansion into new service offerings, geographies, and verticals

• Foster an agile culture of continuous improvement, driving operational scale by optimizing processes, tools, and automation to launch advanced service tiers and streamline client onboarding
