As a Sr Systems Engineer , you will: • Perform systems analysis activities throughout the program lifecycle • Support systems integration efforts through the program lifecycle via analysis planning and trade study • Partner with the SEIT organization to design and deliver end to end integrated solutions.  • Define and communicate a clear product vision; maintain a prioritized product backlog aligned with program objectives. • Write, refine, and prioritize user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical tasks; ensure backlog items are ready for sprint planning.   The information below includes the standard job description for this position   Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications. For positions that perform IT responsibilities, use E646, Systems Engr-IT. Basic Qualifications 
 Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Engineering or a closely related technical discipline Experience with the integration, design, test, or analysis of Electrical, RF, or Software products or subsystems Demonstrated ability to collaborate with stakeholders and influence others Active and current  DOD secret clearance. Thus US Citizenship is required Desired Skills 
 Systems Integration and Analysis experience Familiar with spacecraft architecture design, development, integration, test Validated understanding of systems thinking skills and behaviors Ability to operate in a dynamic environment and tackle numerous roles as part of the daily program operations Demonstrated behaviors of a systems problem solver; selects and applies appropriate systems thinking skills to solve very sophisticated problems and implement constructive change Demonstrated ability to team across organizational boundaries and geographical locations to collaborate with and influence others Experience with MBSE concepts in DOORS and Cameo Ability to obtain a TS/SCI Clearance Proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice​ #SpaceNSS Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $106600.00 - $198000.00 At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
