Supply Chain Specialist

We are seeking highly motivated and analytical individuals to join our Supply Chain Planning team. As a Supply Chain Planning Analyst, you will play a critical role in aligning customer requirements with operational capabilities, ensuring efficient planning and execution across the supply chain Your role Key responsibilities in your new role - Understand customer product requirements and ensure supply chain plans are aligned to meet business and customer expectations. Analyze supply chain data, business trends, and operational challenges to identify root causes and recommend effective solutions. Support demand, supply, inventory, and production planning activities through data-driven insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Sales to drive business objectives. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and contribute to overall business performance. Implement and support supply chain processes, tools, and systems that enable scalable growth and operational excellence. Work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, and global environment with shared responsibilities across multiple geographies. Generate reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support planning and decision-making processes.

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Required Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Operations Research, Supply Chain Management, or a related Science discipline. 1–3 year of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Planning, Analytics, or related domains. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and macros. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work effectively across organizational boundaries, functions, and cultures. Comfortable working in ambiguous situations and adapting to changing business priorities. Preferred Exposure to enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems such as SAP or Oracle . Familiarity with supply chain planning platforms such as JDA , Blue Yonder , or i2 Technologies . Basic knowledge of PL/SQL or database querying concepts. Academic or project exposure to Statistics , Operations Research , forecasting, optimization, or supply chain analytics.
