Industrial Psychologist The Opportunity: Perform a wide range of functions to ensure the protection of company and government sensitive and classified information. Apply advanced consult ing skills and extensive technical expertise, including full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction, and mentor and supervise team members. You Have: 5+ years of experience analyzing functions of classified work and capability modeling, and integrating skill standards into workforce development strategies Experience analyzing functions of DoD intelligence and security classified work and capability modeling, integrating DoD skill standards based upon ODNI competencies into workforce development strategies, and providing TSAVs for DIA in support of certification program design, development, maintenance, and accreditation package submission TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph Master's degree in Industrial Psychology or Organizational Psychology Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
