Maintenance Supervisor, RME (Reliability Maintenance Engineering)

As a Maintenance Supervisor you'll help us stay one step ahead, adopting the latest technologies and identifying new and efficient ways of working. In this role, you’ll pay close attention to our processes to help maintain our high standards, and you’ll put in place upgrades to take that standard even higher. The Maintenance Supervisor is the shift lead for a team of up to 5 Technicians (fitters and electricians). During each shift, you'll lead the team in executing preventative maintenance to maximize equipment uptime. You'll maintain a strong focus on safety by monitoring processes and procedures to ensure compliance with all regulations and policies.
